Cabbage Pakoras (Spicy Cabbage Fritters)


Cabbage Pakoras /Spicy Cabbage Fritters


Ingredients:

  • Cabbage 1/2 cup.
  • Coriander 1/2 cup.
  • Salt (as per the taste).
  • Green Chili 2 TSP (Tea Spoon).
  • Gram flour (Besan) 1 cup.
  • Oil (for frying).
  • Oil 1 TB (Table Spoon).
  • Ginger 1 TSP.
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup.
  • Tomato 1/2 cup.
  • Cucumber 1/2 cup.
  • Chili paste/Chili Sauce 2 TSP.
  • Sugar 1TSP.


Method:


Method For making Fritter's /Pakora's:

  1. Take pieces of Cabbage, Green chili and Coriander in a bowl.
  2. Add Salt as per the taste and mix it.
  3. After that add gram flour in it and mix it.
  4. After mixing it properly fry it.
  5. Fritter's /Pakoras's are ready

Method For making Sauce:

  1. Take another pan and add oil on the pan.
  2. Heat up the pan and once when the oil gets heated up add small Ginger pieces, Capsicum, Tomato, Cucumber and mix it.  
  3. Sauce is ready.

Final Dish:

  1. Add Chili sauce/Chili paste, Salt, Sugar and after mixing it properly add Fritter's /Pakora's in it.
  2. Mix it well.
  3. The dish is ready to be  served.



Special Notes/ Tips:

  • Fritter's can also be eaten with ketchup.
  • Sauce made is used to make the fritter's healthy.
  • Adding boiled Corn to the sauce will add good taste in it.


For diabetic people:

Instead of sugar you can use sugarfree powder 1 spoon or as per the taste.
