Delicious Chinese Frankie

Ingredients:

1. Noodles:

  • Oil 3 Table spoon(TBS).
  • Ginger 1 Tea Spoon(TSP).
  • Green Chili 1TSP.
  • 1/2 piece  Carrot.
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup.
  • Capsicum 1 piece.
  • Salt (As per the taste).
  •  Pepper 1/8 TSP.
  • Soya sauce 1TSP.
  • Chili sauce 1 TSP.
  • Boiled spaghetti 3/4th cup.
  • Noodles powder 1TSP.

2.Dough(બાંધેલો લોટ):

  • Refined Flour(મેંદો) 1/2 cup.
  • Wheat(ઘઉં) flour 1/2 cup.
  • Oil 2 TSP.
  • Curd 1 TBS.
  • Salt(as per the taste).
  • Baking powder1/4th TSP.
  • Water(as per the requirement).
  • Tomato Ketchup (for serving).


Method:


Method For making Noodles:

  1. Take oil in a pan.
  2. Add Ginger, Green chili, Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, Pepper, Salt, Soya sauce, Chilli sauce, Boiled  spaghetti and mix it.
  3. Add noodles powder in the and mix it.

Method For making Chapati:

  1. Take another bowl add Refined flour, Wheat flour, Salt, Oil, Curd, Baking powder and  water.
  2. Make a dough of it.


Chinese Frankie (Final Dish):

  1. Make the Chapati of the Dough.
  2. Roast it.
  3. After roasting put noodles on it and fold it.
  4. Dish it ready.



Special Notes/ Tips:

  • Serve it with sauce/ tomato ketchup and mayonnaise/Cheese Sauce and salsa.
  • You can use only Wheat flour rather than wheat and refined flour if you are health conscious.
  • It tastes delicious and it's also very healthy.

For diabetic people:

Instead of sugar you can use sugarfree powder 1 spoon or as per the taste.
